This standard describes the publication’s current operating rules. It is designed to reduce avoidable copyright, trademark, advertising, and search-quality risk; it is not a guarantee against a claim or a substitute for advice from qualified counsel.
Photographs, artwork, audio, and video
We publish third-party media only when the owner supplied it, a written license or permission covers the intended use, or counsel has approved a specific legally permitted use. A visible credit or link does not by itself grant permission.
Producer studies link readers to original videos, podcasts, and articles. We do not copy their thumbnails, photographs, audio, video, or full transcripts into our pages. Locally hosted brand graphics are original or generated for PRODUCER.NETWORK and are not presented as documentary images of a person, product, or event.
Text and quotations
Articles use original explanation and analysis. Facts are attributed to the relevant source; quotations are kept short, necessary, and accurately identified. We do not republish an article or transcript through paraphrase that merely substitutes words while preserving the source’s structure.
Products and trademarks
Product and company names are used to identify the subject of factual coverage. Those marks belong to their respective owners. Coverage does not imply sponsorship, authorization, certification, or endorsement unless a relationship is expressly disclosed.
Commercial links
Commission-earning and same-owner commercial links carry a plain-language disclosure close to the link. Affiliate links are marked with sponsored and nofollow attributes for search engines. The destination merchant controls price, availability, fulfillment, returns, and warranties.
AI-assisted work
AI may assist with research organization, drafting, editing, code, and quality checks. Each editorial page identifies that assistance. AI output is not treated as a primary source and may not be used to invent experience, testing, quotations, people, credentials, prices, or community activity.
