Scope and operator
PRODUCER.NETWORK is a United States-based publication operated under the ownership described on the About page. Privacy and rights requests can be sent to hello@producer.network.
What the live site collects
Cloudflare may process network and security data needed to deliver and protect the site. When a reader follows a product-shopping link, we record the product, destination merchant, destination URL, and time; we do not store an IP address or advertising identifier in that click record. The merchant or affiliate network may process the resulting visit under its own privacy policy.
Newsletter and job-submission features are not enabled in production until their required service settings are configured. If enabled, they can collect an email address, selected newsletter topics, job-listing details, company and application information, a one-way IP-derived rate-limit value, timestamps, and spam-verification results. We do not require a legal name to read articles or use browser-based tools.
Purposes
We use information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, count outbound-link activity, provide a requested email or listing workflow, moderate submissions, answer requests, and meet legal obligations. Job verification does not enroll a person in marketing. Any optional newsletter choice requires separate affirmative consent and confirmation.
Service providers and third parties
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and spam-protection infrastructure. Brevo is the planned email and transactional-message provider if email features are enabled. Impact and participating merchants can receive information after a reader voluntarily follows a disclosed affiliate link. Each independent destination applies its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention
Public job listings, if enabled and approved, stop appearing after 45 days unless renewed. Underlying submissions, rate-limit values, click events, consent records, and correspondence are kept only while reasonably needed for operations, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or auditability. You may request deletion; some records may be retained where law or a legitimate security need permits.
Cookies and analytics
The current publication does not run behavioral advertising or a general-purpose third-party analytics script. Cloudflare security and Turnstile, when a protected form is displayed, may use cookies or similar technologies. Affiliate networks and merchants may use their own technologies after you choose to leave the site through an affiliate link.
Your choices and U.S. state rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information and to appeal a decision. PRODUCER.NETWORK does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Send a request through the contact page; we may need to verify that the request concerns you.
Children and international visitors
The publication is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. The site can be reached internationally and infrastructure may process data in more than one country.
Changes
Material changes will be dated here. New data uses or advertising technologies require an updated notice and, where applicable, consent before activation.
