Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective September 3, 2026 · Last reviewed September 8, 2026

Respect for rights

PRODUCER.NETWORK publishes original work, owner-supplied material, licensed media, and limited material only where a specific use is legally permitted. Our default for third-party photographs, artwork, audio, and video is to link to the original instead of copying it. See the Rights & Sources Standard.

If you believe content infringes your rights, send a written notice to hello@producer.network.

Include in a notice

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list.
  3. The exact URL and enough detail to locate the disputed material.
  4. Your name and reliable contact information.
  5. A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Response and counter-notices

We review complete notices and may remove or restrict disputed material while investigating. The submitter may be notified and may provide a legally sufficient counter-notice. Knowingly false claims can create liability.

DMCA agent status

PRODUCER.NETWORK does not represent that a formal U.S. Copyright Office DMCA agent designation has been completed. The operator should obtain legal advice and complete any required designation before public user-generated-content features are activated. The current production configuration does not enable job or newsletter submissions.
